As most of our products are natural, consumable, or devotional items, we follow a limited return and refund policy to maintain quality and hygiene standards.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect; or

  • The product has expired or leaked during transit.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase and clear photographs or videos of the damaged item must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers

  • Devotional or consumable products (like ghee, honey, syrup) that have been opened

3. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  1. Our customer service team will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back to us (depending on your location).

  2. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

  3. If approved, a replacement or refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • In case of a successful cancellation, the full amount will be refunded within 3–5 business days.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If any product is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
We will verify the claim and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, as appropriate.
